Special Educator
I am K devamanohari, popularly called Mano! I am a special educator for the blind by profession, and hail from Tamilnadu. I became interested in the visual impairment field, in the year 2011 when I met Tiffany Brar, during our time of study at the Ramakrishna mission vivekananda university. My interactions with Tiffany, enabled me to see the blind people not as objects of charity, but as assets to society, and I turned the course of my life from hearing impairment, to visual impairment. I have completed my Masters in special education, and I am now pursuing my PHd in the same. I have been working at jyothirgamaya as a special educator, as well as a communications officer since 2017.
